When will my order ship?
Most current products are made to order. Production generally takes approximately 2–7 business days after submission to the production partner, and some product listings estimate about one week. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates. Shipping transit time is additional. Please review the shipping policy and the delivery options available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Available methods, charges and delivery estimates depend on the product and destination and are displayed during checkout when available. International orders may involve customs duties or other import charges. Check the final checkout total before paying.
Why might items arrive separately?
Products may be produced by different partners and sent in separate packages on different dates. Tracking information will be provided when available.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size chart and fit notes for the specific product. Our Sizing & Care guide covers selected styles; a chart for one garment should not be applied to another. If your listing does not provide measurements, contact us before ordering. Compare garment measurements with an item you already wear.
Can I return an item or change my order?
Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for a size, color or design selected incorrectly, or a change of mind. Applicable consumer rights still apply. Contact us immediately if you need an order change; changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Read the full return and refund policy.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos when possible. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed manufacturing errors, damage or incorrect items. Please contact us before returning anything.
Who makes TRAUSTON products?
Our current catalog includes TRAUSTON designs produced and fulfilled by independent print-on-demand partners through Apliiq and Printify, alongside selected supplier garments. Product materials and construction vary; check the individual listing. This merchandise is distinct from our custom apparel development.
Is the TR-PS01 Everyday Performance Short available?
The TR-PS01 is a separate custom apparel project in development. It is not a currently available product or preorder in this store. Follow the development page for project information.
